Before you play

Wear non-marking shoes. Bring a new shuttle each visit. Players and visitors are responsible for their own and their guests’ safety.

Court rotation

Reserve an available slot with your assigned-color tag. Move yours only after playing; ask before moving another player’s. Leave promptly via the back line.

Court etiquette

Call lines fairly, announce scores, shake hands, encourage others, and respect skill matchups. Never cross beside or behind an active rally.

Conduct

Abusive language, fighting, gestures, or intimidation lead to a warning, then expulsion after a second incident.

Membership & tags

GBC reviews registrations. Annual dues: adult $130; high-school-and-under $100. Guests: $10/day, subject to capacity or price changes. Current-year GBC tags are required; temporary $5, replacement $15.

Payments & refunds

Use official payment links; cash is not accepted. Refunds deduct a minimum 3% processing fee.

Skills & clean-up

Green, yellow, orange, and red tags progress from beginner to advanced through assessment. Use the final 15 minutes to pack equipment and clear litter. Donations support club facilities and activities.

Waiver of liability

Understand participation before signing.

The published agreement covers sports risks, release of liability (including negligence where legally permitted), indemnity, following club rules, emergency treatment costs, and personal insurance responsibility. It also covers club photography and recordings; participants who object are instructed to notify a board member before participating.

Adults sign for themselves; a parent or legal guardian signs for a minor. The club collects electronic signatures through membership, guest, or event registration. This demo collects no signature and records no legal acceptance. The full agreement must be reviewed in the club’s actual registration process.
